Considered extinct for many years, dragons were thought to be beings with an enormous amount of power. Dragon fire was said to be much hotter than regular fire, and could easily melt steel and even stone. This item is a symbolic image of the mighty dragon Balerion, the largest Dragon known. It is said that its wings mysteriously glow in the dark when worn by the true King. The effects of the item are unknown.
The Aqua glowing Dragon wings will hold a charge for some hours after being left in the light for a few minutes. They get more powerful if charged with real sunlight, but normal house lighting will allow them to charge as well. Keep in mind that they get weaker over time and, after the initial high glow period they will settle to a duller glow that can be seen for many hours but only in total darkness.
